2. Provision of the website

This website is hosted by IONOS. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data, including your IP address, the time of access, the content requested, browser information and, where applicable, the referring page. Processing serves the secure and reliable provision of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The specific retention period for server logs depends on the IONOS hosting plan and its settings and must be checked against current provider information. Where legally required, a data processing agreement must be concluded with the hosting provider.

3. Contact enquiries

When you contact us by email or telephone, we process your contact details and the content of your enquiry in order to respond and, where applicable, to initiate or perform a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data will be deleted when it is no longer necessary for these purposes, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Cookies and external content

In its current version, this website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not integrate external fonts, tracking scripts or social media plugins. Images and fonts are served locally.

5. Recipients and transfers

IONOS is used as a technical service provider for hosting and, where applicable, email services. Additional recipients may be required when processing enquiries. Whether and to what extent data is transferred to third countries depends on the services actually enabled and their contractual terms; this must be checked before publication.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights including access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection (Article 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). In Baden-Württemberg this is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.

7. Objection

If personal data is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to that processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
